Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS to the United States of America.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Physical Products Shipped by Mail: If you haven’t received your physical order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email at kristen@studioknitsf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow 48 hours for a customer service response.

Digital Products Delivered via Electronic Download: If you haven’t received your digital order within 1 hour of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email at kristen@studioknitsf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow 48 hours for a customer service response.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
