Offshore Mesh Shawl is a beautiful light and airy triangle-shaped design knitted with self-striping colored yarn.

Skill Level: Intermediate. This shawl is easily created with a simple combination of knits and purls, along with increase and decrease stitches.

Shape: A triangular shape.

Size: 60 wide x 30 inches tall (152 x 76 cm).

Yarn: Worsted Weight #4 Shawl sample knitted with Caron Cotton Cakes Self-Striping (in color Beachglass).

Knitting Needles: Circular 10 US (6.0 mm) - 36" length

Row Repeats: 4-row repeat.

Bottom-Up: Created from the bottom up.

One Piece and Worked Flat: Knitted flat on one long circular needle for length.

Lies Flat: The lace eyelets are within a garter stitch, allowing it to easily lie flat.

Reversible: This is a reversible pattern because the design is displayed equally on both the right and wrong sides of the work.

Knitting Techniques:
• CO = Long-Tail Cast On
• K = Knit Stitch
• P = Purl Stitch
• pm = Place Marker
• sm = Slip Marker
• YO = Yarn Over (increase)
• K2TOG = Knit Two Sts Together (decrease)
• SSK = Slip, Slip, Knit (decrease)
• Stretchy Bind Off
• sts = Stitches
• Weave-in Yarn Ends
• Sts = Stitches
* * = Repeat pattern between the asterisks
